Your scent is important and we want to make sure you embrace the best of it at all times. Though we try our best to safely package and ship your fragrance with care, accidents can still happen during the handling process. From cracked or broken bottles to broken spray pumps or caps, we will replace or repair whatever is needed at no cost to you.

All parfum bottles including caps are eligible for replacement up to 10 days upon delivery.

All spray pumps are eligible for repair or replacement for the entirety of your fragrance.
